Based on the comments on the thread regarding groups, I feel impelled to provide more basic LRH policy on the importance of field auditors and groups – both to acknowledge those who are in the independent field as auditors, C/Ses and training centers – as well as to hopefully revitalize those who were at one point auditing and no longer are.
The following two LRH references from the 50’s show the importance that LRH placed on delivery in the field and how he expected us to work together, as Scientologists, to help each other all win:
“The field auditor has a right:
1. To his own group.
2. To the loyalty of the people in his group.
3. To send any of his group to a Central Organization for training, coaching or special processing and have them returned with their group loyalty and attachment undisturbed.
4. To express his needs and desires for cooperation to a Central Organization, other groups or auditors without fear of retribution or reprimand.
5. To place his name and address on the title pages of publications from the Central Organization and circulate these in his area.
6. To publications from a Central Organization at a discount in proportion to the number he distributes.
7. To respect for his training and experience.
8. To respect for his certificates.
9. To have and to hold his certificates without cancellation by anyone forever.
10. To communicate Scientology and to bring about a civilization for mankind.
“By my hand this 21st day of April 1957.
“L.Ron Hubbard”
(originally published as PAB 112 and then later published as HCO PL 28 April 1982 with a note that point 9 of these rights was later modified by HCO PL 7 March 65 II CERTIFICATE CANCELLATION – which is the policy letter on A-E steps for a suppressive person, and also the policy that states only LRH can cancel certificates. Interestingly, in this same policy letter LRH calls himself the Chairman of the International Board, and thus we come a full circle back to Miscavige again. DM, considering he is Source, uses force and certificate cancellation as a way of strong arming his followers and the field).
HCO PL 29 October 1959 SERVICE:
“It has come to my attention that some Central Orgs are not quick to furnish service and cooperation to mission holders or field auditors, and also that these are sometimes upset with Central Orgs.
“It is not true that mission holders are all out to destroy Central Orgs.
“It is not true that all Central Orgs are out to do in mission holders.
“Both Central Orgs and mission holders are interdependent. Further, I have never intended Scientology orgs or groups to be bits of third dynamic each opposed. For nine years Dianetics and Scientology groups have tended to individuate to my sorrow.
“We will win if we are Scientology, not a lot of isolated groups.
“The watchword is SERVICE.
“I don’t care how many rules you break if they’re broken to give unselfish service to another and the public. We live for service not for rules.”

Maybe people are just curious -- maybe they are surfing the internet on the subject Scientology -- or maybe there are things they like about the content.
Regardless... and no matter the color of our visitors spots, they are welcome here. It is a safe spot for all.
What a wonderful comm from LRH. As usual, his vision was laser-like, far into the future. I'm really looking forward to the day when the Indie community is more united, cohesive, and productive. I really believe that day is coming.
